NextGen is a premier consulting and permanent placement organization focused on hiring talented Information Technology professionals.

 

During these current economic times NextGen is focused on actively presenting the top 20% of the candidate pool to our current and prospective clients. In doing so we have initiated a new incentive based program. We are rolling out this new Rewards program to our current and past NextGen employees. It is with your help that we have been able to sustain the highest quality of contract labor and it is only fitting that you reap the rewards.

NextGen Referrals Reward Program

 

Business Referrals

If you are a current or former NextGen consultant, you are eligible to participate in the NextGen Referrals Reward Program, designed to provide incentives for our employees to seek out qualified new business opportunities. Whether your lead provides us with a new client account or a new project at an existing client, will receive $500 for each referral. Business Referrals will be paid after the first placement is on project 120 days.

Self-Placement Referrals

For NextGen employees and former NextGen employees alike, if you identify your next IT assignment and are placed there by NextGen, you are also eligible for a cash reward up to $500. Self-Placement Referrals that we hire will be paid the referral bonus after having been on project 120 days.
